Step 1: Developing a Strategic Plan
We need to understand your mission and goals so we can share them with the public. Thus, during the beginning of engagement, Point Taken will develop a strategic plan to:

- Create Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analysis
- Outline message model
- Write a timeline with proposed marketing and PR activities
- Develop brand and voice guidelines
Step 2: Defining Your Audiences
We need to understand your target audiences, including media outlets, influencers, stakeholders, current clients and potential clients to promote your brand. Whenever we start working with a new brand, we outline target audiences.
Step 3: Defining Your Key Messages
Point Taken will identify three to five key messages to support your strategic goals. Then, you can use these key messages in all communications and marketing going forward.
Step 4: Creating a Work Plan
Point Taken Communications will develop a work plan detailing marketing and public relations tactics and month-by-month activities. Generally, we are developing a strategic planning process. Potential tactics may include:
