Charlene Jones | Senior Marketing Account Director
Charlene Jones is a marketing and communications professional who helps nonprofits, small and large companies showcase their brands to their desired audiences. After more than a decade working in marketing and operations, Jones understands solid marketing practices and techniques that drive the audience’s actions. Jones can guide you on how to connect, persuade and better understand your target market. She has created stunning social media images, created catchy copy for various media outlets and produced attention-grabbing videos that engaged and moved audiences.
Jones earned her extensive marketing, communications and operations experience from her various marketing and sales positions. She is an Army veteran who served 10 years, including one tour in Iraq and one tour in Guantanamo Bay. She earned her B.S. in Legal Studies from American Military University and her Master of Health Administration (M.H.A.) from the Colorado State University.
After moving to Jacksonville, she worked in a variety of jobs that allowed her to dedicate herself to helping others shine. From a marketing position at Operation New Hope to a fellowship at Brooks Rehabilitation, Jones is always working to ensure the best for our community.
Jones is a member of the Jacksonville Speech and Hearing Center (JSHC) board of directors and is director of communications for the American College Healthcare Executives of North Florida (ACHE-NFL).
Jones lives in Jacksonville with her husband, daughter, two cats and one dog.
